Hotel Receptionist – Full or Part Time

We are now recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to join our busy team: Our Front of House Team team are the first touch point for the guest journey at Cowley Manor, from answering the phone, to opening the door. You are part of the team that sets the tone for the whole experience of our guests, and you will need be enthusiastic, positive and always friendly.

You will

Handle check in & check out handle reservations & all guest enquiries
Make sure that the front desk is always kept clean & tidy
Provide an excellent guest service
The roles work over different shift patterns and include weekends and Bank Holidays.

Skills Required

  • To be the main point of contact for guests and provide outstanding and personalised service
  • Proactively being aware of all guests needs and anticipating these needs before being asked (both in house and arriving)
  • To build rapport with all guests
  • By being the face of Cowley Manor and projecting the correct attitude
  • To go the extra mile for the guests
