Group Sales Manager

Job Description

A Curious Group of Hotels are looking for an exceptional Group Sales Manager. The GSM will be responsible for proactive sales generation around the collection, which features Cowley Manor in the Cotswolds, L’Hotel in Paris, Canal House in Amsterdam and The Portobello Hotel in Notting Hill.

Strong MICE experience will be required with a particular focus on Cowley Manor and Canal House for this market. However you will need to also be at home with corporate travel and bring with you a strong rolodex of contacts, ideally in our key feeder markets of the UK, US, France & the Netherlands. Previous experience in luxury sales is essential, for at least 3 years.

 This role reports to the Sales & Marketing Director, and can be home based provided that you have your own transport and can travel regularly to each of our hotels and can travel nationally and internationally for your appointments, exhibitions and trade shows. You’ll be a real self-starter used to working towards deliverables and will thrive under pressure, managing your own time to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

This is not a first appointment and previous international experience is required. You’ll be both organised and efficient as well as charming and creative.

Package

£40,000 p/a OTE £50,000
